Temporary closure of StarGolf

Set in the parkland of Ullenwood Manor, the StarGolf course offers 18 par 3 holes played over nine fairways, as well as a number of bunkers. With its gentle gradients, the course is ideal for beginners, novices or the more casual golfer.

Opening times

StarGolf is open from dawn until dusk every day of the week. On occasions, the course may be closed for fundraising or corporate events. These will be listed here.

Membership fees

Please note that there is a one-off joining fee of £20 in addition to membership. Memberships runs from 1 September to 31 August, and pro rata prices apply for memberships taken part way through the year. 

  • Full Membership: £265
  • Senior Citizens (65+): £201
  • 5 days (Mon to Fri): £213
  • 5 days (Mon to Fri) Senior Citizens (65+): £180
  • Junior (8 to 16 years): £53

Those wishing to play the affiliated County Course must be members of the Gloucestershire Golf Union which has a number of benefits including a new worldwide handicap, access to other affiliated courses at a discounted rate and entrance to county competitions.  More info can be found here.

Green fees for visitors

If you’d like to try out StarGolf before committing to a full membership, or would prefer to attend casually, we offer day green fees at £12 per round..

We will be introducing a new online system for paying green fees as a guest.  More news to follow soon. 


StarGolf members are able to obtain a handicap by completing and signing three golf score cards which should be sent to the StarGolf  Competition Secretary. Once a handicap has been issued to you, you will be able to compete in competitions. Trophies are awarded at a ceremony at the end of each year.


StarGolf offers free parking, with enough space for 25 vehicles. The car park is adjacent to the first tee.
