Mikey’s bread making

Mikey has been hard at work making different types of bread from scratch, including garlic and herb, cheesy bread and plain. As he prepares the ingredients and kneads the dough, this has become a sensory activity for him, and one he thoroughly enjoys. Mikey shared that despite it being very messy, he loves making bread and the tasting at the end makes it worth the effort!
