Christmas festivities

In the lead-up to Christmas residents enjoyed a lovely group outing to Winter Wonderland in Malvern. They walked around the light trail, had a go on the ice rink and even had the chance to meet Father Christmas himself.

The residents also travelled to Foundation House in Gloucester to take part in our first ever long-term residents’ Christmas party. They each received a gift from Father Christmas and enjoyed the disco and party food. It was fantastic to see our residents interact with each other and expand their peer group. Jamal had so much fun he didn’t want to leave!

Using visual aids, residents also had the opportunity to put their communication and literacy skills into practice over the festive season by producing letters for Father Christmas.
