About the role
National Star in Worcester is a new and growing provision. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Curriculum Manager to join our Learning and Support Management Team. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the development and delivery of innovative, high-quality learning pathways with a strong focus on preparing learners for meaningful transitions into adulthood, tailored to a diverse range of students with Complex Learning Difficulties and Disabilities (CLDD) such as Autism, Multi-Sensory Impairments or Severe Learning Disabilities (SLD).
About the Role:
As Curriculum Manager you will oversee a team delivering study programmes from Pre-Entry to Level 2. You’ll play a key role in shaping curriculum strategy, embedding inclusive practices, and ensuring the delivery of personalised, outcomes-based provision aligned with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
You’ll also lead on:
* Developing high-quality study programmes with integrated enrichment and life skills activities.
* Supporting continuous improvement in Functional Skills and transition-focused curriculum design.
* Driving quality assurance and RARPA implementation
* EHCP review processes and meeting provision
* Leading on timetable planning, CPD, and collaborative working across multidisciplinary teams.
* Ensuring a high standard of customer service for students, families, and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for an educational leader with:
* Proven experience managing curriculum and staff in a specialist or inclusive learning environment.
* Strong knowledge of EHCP-led planning, RARPA, and Functional Skills delivery.
* Experience in developing learner-centred programmes with a focus on transition and life skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to lead across multiple sites
