About the role
We are now seeking an exceptional Director of Clinical Services to play a central role in ensuring that our students and residents receive outstanding, evidence based clinical support that enhances learning, wellbeing, independence, and preparation for adult life.
As a key member of the senior leadership structure, you will be inspirational in leading strategic direction, corporate clinical governance, and operational oversight to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and professional practice.
A deep understanding of SEND legislation and inclusive education practice will be essential for you to champion integrated, interdisciplinary practice and ensure alignment with statutory responsibilities, including EHCPs, IDPs, and relevant regulatory and professional standards. You should also be a qualified and registered clinician (HCPC, NMC, GMC etc.).
As a strategic thinker and experienced senior leader with excellent communication and influencing skills you will oversee multidisciplinary teams including therapy, nursing, psychology and emotional well-being support as well as building external partnerships with health, education and commissioning bodies.
