There’s a lot to think about when you leave college. Will you look for a job or a volunteer placement? What clubs and groups will you join to keep busy and make new friends? Do you want to live in supported accommodation with people your own age?
You are invited to join us at a FREE face-to-face transition event at the Kindle Centre, Hereford on Tuesday 22 November, between 1pm – 5pm. There will be voluntary and local community groups in attendance, along with representatives from local accommodation providers and sports clubs that you may wish to join to build a network of friends.

The event is free to attend. All we would ask is that parents register to attend the transition event so that we can manage the number of visitors.
