As the finale to the hugely popular Cheltenham Beer Week StarBistro is going on the road to serve up a delicious six-course tasting menu at DEYA Brewing Company on Sunday 22 September. Our talented Head Chef Joe Parke, a self-confessed beer fanatic, has created a street food style menu that complements the beers being served during the evening, bringing to life the brews on offer.
The evening will be your chance to taste new beers for the first time and there will be special surprises during the evening too! This is a not-to-be-missed evening for like-minded craft beer and foodie fans.
We’re extremely grateful that the organisers of Cheltenham Beer Week have chosen National Star as their nominated charity of the year again in 2019. Last year Cheltenham Beer Week raised a staggering £7,704 for our charity, helping to support our work with young people with complex disabilities.
Leigh Norwood, owner of Favourite Beers, will be our host for the evening, guiding diners through the brews on offer. There may also be chance to buy some of this year’s collaboration brew and even some of DEYA’s beers to take away.

Sesame battered chicken thigh with kimchi, cashew crumb and miso mayonnaise

Shredded jerk bbq’d goat shoulder with charred pineapple and coriander salsa
Paired with a mixed fermentation beer Blend 1. A tart, funky beer with flavours of lemon rind, hay and elderflower.
Toffee & date pudding with salted caramel sauce and maple candied pecan brittle
