There’s a lot to think about when you leave college. Where will you live and with whom? Will you look for a job or a volunteer placement? What clubs and groups will you join to keep busy and make new friends?
National Star students and their parents are invited to join us at a face-to-face transition event at National Star in Ullenwood on Friday 21 October, between 10am – 3.30pm. There will be long-term accommodation providers in attendance, along with representatives from local community groups and sports clubs that you may wish to join to build a network of friends. The first hour of the event is exclusively for students with sensory needs.
Register your interest for the transition event
The event is free to attend. All we would ask is that parents register to attend the transition event so that we can manage the number of external visitors on site during the day.
