The second of our three foody nights this academic year will be a Mexican Food night, created by our chefs.

Get ready for a fiesta of flavours!

Join us for an evening celebrating the bold, vibrant, and spicy tastes of Mexico. Indulge in authentic dishes like sizzling tacos, loaded nachos, fresh guacamole, and zesty salsas.

Mexican Night Menu

Dishes will be served to your table so that you can share and ‘build your own tacos’

Start off your Mexican food experience with Corn Tortilla (GF) and then fill it with…..

• Chilli Beef smoky and slow cooked beef brisket with chipotle chilli
• Pork Carnitas spiced and caramelised pulled pork
• Battered Cod (F)(GF) flavoured with chilli and coriander
• Vegetarian Chilli (V)(VG) smoky roasted butternut squash and black beans

and then add some toppings and garnishes….

• Salsa Verde (V)(VG) a spicy green sauce with tomatillo and Jalapenos peppers
• Refried Beans (V)(VG) smashed Pinto Beans fried with spices
• Pink Onions (SuD) (V)(VG) StarBistro pickled red onions
• Guacamole (V)(VG) a smooth blend of avocado, lime and coriander
• Soured Cream and Lime (D) (V)(VG)

and finally finish you own Taco combos with some side dishes…..

• Arroz Verde (V)(VG) green rice with coriander, spinach, chilli, lime, garlic spring onions
• Charred Corn (V)(VG) charred corn, red pepper with chilli mayo (Mu)(E) and crispy onions (CG)
• Spiced Sweet Potato Fries (V)(VG)
