Say Can Do to achieving an incredible personal goal, whilst supporting people with disabilities to achieve theirs too.

Here are just some of the challenges you can do:

Jurassic Coast (1 day)

This tough one day challenge has you trekking 30 kilometres along the South West Coast Path. Whilst the distance alone would make this a tough challenge, the nature of the undulating terrain will have you ascending over 1400m of ascent, greater than climbing to the summit of Ben Nevis, along the dramatic coastline of this UNESCO World Heritage site.

Everest Base Camp (18 days)

Everest Base Camp

Mount Everest stands at a formidable 8,848m in the Nepalese Himalayas. Starting in Lukla, you will follow in the footsteps of the Sherpa on this epic high altitude trek which crosses numerous rivers, before reaching the highest point at Kalapathar (5,545m). Wonder at the scenery below, before celebrating in mystical Kathmandu.

Dog Sledding Challenge (7 days)


A team of loyal huskies leads the way through the snow-covered forests and mountains of Swedish Lapland, across 200kms of beautiful, frozen landscape. Experience the silence of nature while gliding through this winter wonderland, taking the opportunity to spot elk and reindeer and even see the spectacular Northern Lights.

Next available dates: 18 – 24 January 2020 or 22 – 28 February 2020

Icelandic Lava Trek (5 days)


Host to some of Europe’s most incredible wilderness, this Icelandic itinerary takes in thundering waterfalls, steaming lava fields, plunging fjords and spouting geysers. The trip is relatively short, but days are long and the terrain is challenging. Your hard work will be rewarded with an indulgent visit to Iceland’s famous Blue Lagoon.

Next available dates: 8 – 12 July 2020, 5 – 9 August 2020 or 9 – 13 September 2020
