Most businesses want to employ people with great customer service skills. Whether you want to work in retail, hospitality, sales or in an advisory role, this programme will help you learn the right skills to succeed in work.
Your programme will be based in the work place at both National Star and with our partner employers. You will also have workshops and lectures which will help you develop subject and functional skills such as English, maths and communication.

Protecting the health of National Star students and residents
To protect the health of our residential students and long-term residents, National Star is limiting access to some of its facilities. This applies to National Star, Ullenwood, Foundation House and Elizabeth House in Gloucester, Bradbury Gardens in Cheltenham, Matrixcare in Malvern and Ledbury Road, Hereford.
These sites are now considered ‘self-isolating’ households. This is a precautionary measure taking into consideration the latest Government advice around ‘at risk’ groups self-isolating for 12 weeks. Only staff, visiting professionals and close family members will be granted access. Stringent infection control measures are in place in order to enable this reduced access to continue.
