If you enjoy working with people and want to develop your skills and confidence, Customer Services is the programme for you.
Most businesses want to employ people with great customer service skills. Whether you want to work in retail, hospitality, sales or in an advisory role, this programme will help you learn the right skills to succeed in work.
Your programme will be based in the work place at both National Star and with our partner employers. You will also have workshops and lectures which will help you develop subject and functional skills such as English, maths and communication.
Work environments at National Star include:
- Theatre box office
- Admin office
- Employability and Personal Progression Award / Certificate at Level E3 – Level 3
Additional studies (available to students on other programmes) include:
- Food Hygiene Certificate
- Health & Safety Certificate
