Future Choices programmes are for young people with severe learning difficulties often coupled with other disabilities, such as sensory and / or physical disabilities or autism.
The programme is based on each learner’s interests, but encourages new experiences as well. Learners will learn to communicate more effectively, work with others, manage their own emotions, become more mobile, keep fit and well and make choices and decisions.
Future Choices currently offer the following accreditation options:
- Edexcel Award or Certificate in Personal Progress at Entry Level One
- Edexcel Award in Communication Skills at Entry Level One
- Edexcel Award in ICT Skills at Entry Level One
Additional studies (available to learners on other programmes) include:
- Award / Certificate in Effective Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) at Level E2
