Specialist support services

We offer integrated therapy and medical support at National Star College. Therapies include physiotherapy, aquatic therapy, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy and assistive technology support. We also have 24-hour nursing provision and a GP surgery for students on our Ullenwood campus.

You may have individual support from a therapist, join a group or be following a personal therapy programme.

We have fantastic facilities and equipment, too. At Ullenwood we have a state of the art therapy centre which includes a physiotherapy suite, multi-sensory rooms, an aqua therapy pool and light and touch equipment. We also have a wide range of enabling technologies that you can trial and use, such as infra-red remote control and eye gaze technology.

Learners at our other centres can access support from our therapeutic staff (if applicable) and can also gain from assistive technology support.
