National Star launches website usability survey
National Star has launched a survey to gather feedback about the ways its service users and beneficiaries interact with its website.
A series of multiple-choice questions will collect data about how people search and find information, how long it takes to complete simple tasks and how overall usability can be improved. The survey’s anonymised responses will help National Star to maximise how it shares important information with parents, partners, young people with disabilities and other key stakeholders.
The online survey is open now and will close on Monday 21 May 2018.
