National Star’s response to COVID-19
Although we do not have any students, residents, clients or staff who have been tested for, or who have coronavirus, we are committed to proactively managing the situation.
As an organisation we are following the guidance provided by Public Health England (PHE) and Public Health Wales (PHW).
All visitors to National Star premises are being asked to tell us if they or someone they know has been in close contact with someone who is being tested for, or who has tested positive for Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Staff, visitors, residents and students are being encouraged to follow any guidance given and observe good personal hygiene practices, as per Public Health England guidance.
We will continue to support students, residents and customers to understand the developing situation in a way that is most appropriate to them.
