StarBistro shortlisted for Café of the Year SoGlos award
StarBistro has been shortlisted in the Café of the Year category at the SoGlos Gloucestershire Lifestyle Awards 2019.
This is the first time that StarBistro has reached the final of the local lifestyle awards, receiving more than 500 nominations across 22 categories.
Now it’s down to customers and supporters to vote for the National Star social enterprise so that StarBistro is crowned overall winner at the final being staged at Gloucester Cathedral on 16 May.
Spanning everything from Café of the Year and Cultural Venue of the Year to Beauty Business of the Year and Wedding Venue of the Year, the SoGlos Gloucestershire Lifestyle Awards are highly regarded locally.
‘The StarBistro team is on a real high after being shortlisted as finalists in the Café of the Year category of the SoGlos Gloucestershire Lifestyle Awards,’ said Pete Johnson, Head of Commercial Enterprises at National Star.
‘We have a very loyal customer base and I am confident that regular diners will vote for us before the closing date of 30 April.’
Last year StarBistro was awarded a Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor and is currently ranked 43 out of 322 restaurants in Cheltenham.
‘We punch above our weight among the range of excellent eating establishments in Cheltenham and this award nomination is further endorsement of the quality of our offering,’ added Pete.
