Our StarBistros serve some of the finest food from the Cotswolds, and over the years we’ve built great relationships with local suppliers, created some truly amazing dishes and taken full advantage of deliciously seasonal produce. Along the way we’ve supported National Star College learners to gain real work experience both in our kitchens and front of house, preparing them for a future full of new possibilities. On 12 October StarBistro held its first Cider and Food Pairing Evening in partnership with Gabe Cook, The Ciderologist. Attendees enjoyed a delicious five-course menu prepared by StarBistro Head Chef Joe Parke, with food expertly paired with a variety of ciders.Read more
