The knowledge we have gained from working in a residential setting equips us to help you in your environment.

Our team can come to your home to discuss your requirements and recommend technologies to assist with your independence. This can include systems to reassure carers or relatives of your wellbeing.

For care providers we can help improve the independence of your residents within their rooms, communal areas and offices. You will receive a report outlining our recommendations, with follow-up support if required.

We work with individuals and care providers to support them to:

  • Control lights, sockets, televisions, DVD players and music systems
  • Operate doors, windows and curtains
  • Access computers and tablets
  • Use landline and mobile phones
  • Answer the door using an intercom
  • Reassure carers or relatives

There are a range of methods available to control your environment; perhaps you would prefer to use a simple button or remote control? Or maybe you would like to use your smartphone or tablet? Whichever you choose, our solutions can be a gateway to accessing a range of items around the home.

We go beyond simply supplying equipment, and will support you in understanding the range of services currently on the market, enabling you to choose the right solution. We will then provide you with all of the necessary support and training to ensure you’re confident using your equipment or software.
