National Star shortlisted for three awards in the Learning Disability and Autism Awards 2025

National Star has been shortlisted as a finalist in three categories in the National Learning Disabilities and Autism Awards 2025.

Elwira Chrostek, Specialist Facilitator in Cleeve, has been shortlisted in the Newcomer of the Year category after joining National Star without previous care experience.

The Emotional Wellbeing Service team members are delighted to discover that they have been shortlisted for the Positive Behaviour Support Award. Finally, National Star has also been shortlisted in the Employer Award. This award seeks to acknowledge and celebrate an employer who is committed to their employees delivering an excellent service to their customers, people with learning disabilities or people with autism and their families.

Judges will be interviewing all shortlisted organisations in early June to decide upon the winner in each category. The winners will be announced at a glittering awards dinner in Birmingham on 4 July.
