Join FestABLE for a national first
FestABLE, the first National Festival of Specialist Learning, is being held at National Star in Cheltenham on Saturday 2 June 2018.
Hosted by National Star, the event will include a wide range of workshops, speaker sessions, forums and activities for professionals, parents and young people.
Key speakers will include Dame Christine Lenehan, from the Council for Disabled Children; Dr Adam Boddison, from nasen (National Association of Special Education Needs) and Tania Tirraoro, founder of Special Needs Jungle.
The event will cover a range of topics, from the future of speech and language therapy to reviewing the Children and Families Act.
The Festival Village will provide activities, food and music. Take part in art and theatre sessions, music therapy workshops and have a chance to ride in a wheelchair–accessible hot air balloon (subject to the weather).
It promises to be an informative – and entertaining – day. Join us and help us celebrate specialist learning.
