Choice Care Group
Choice Care is a specialist provider for autistic people and those with learning disabilities, mental health conditions and complex needs. They offer expertise across a range of specialisms, including support for people with behaviours that challenge. They are at the forefront of national best practice, with an outstanding reputation and consistently high CQC ratings.
Consensus Support Services
Consensus support autistic people and those with learning disabilities and complex needs. With almost 100 services across the country – both supported living and residential – they cover Scotland, Wales, the South Coast, West and South London, the Home Counties, East Anglia, and the Midlands. Consensus also has a number of services specialising in supporting those with Prader-Willi Syndrome.
Cream Care
Located in the South West of England, Cream Care provides bespoke residential and supported living provision for those with a range of complex needs, primarily with a physical disability and / or learning difficulties.
Dimensions
Dimensions is one of the country’s largest not-for-profit organisations supporting autistic people and those with learning disabilities, behaviours of distress and complex health needs. Driven by their values, they say they place the people they support and their families at the heart of everything they do.
DC&M Mobility
DC&M are a family run business, offering both home and in-store assessments within Gloucestershire. Specialising in all mobility equipment, vehicle adaptations, servicing and repairs, as well as seating and postural advice.
Their showroom hosts both powered and manual wheelchairs, recliners, scooters and small aids to daily living. They are also a recognised Motability dealer for vehicle adaptations.

Gloucestershire Parent Carer Forum

Gloucestershire Parent Carer Forum is a voice for those with lived experience of being a Parent Carer (This means parents and/or carers of children with any disability, SEN, condition, impairment or additional need). They can create a bridge to the providers of statutory services to help build better services for all families of disabled children and young adults in Gloucestershire. They offer social meet ups, free training and the opportunity to give your views and ideas to help improve local services for disabled children and their families.
Goals Beyond Grass
Goals Beyond Grass provide inclusive opportunities. They provide Powerchair Football, Inclusive Cycling, and PAN Football. They aim to deliver inclusive sessions across Gloucestershire helping disabled children and adults to reduce isolation and meet new people within their community by trying new sports and games.
Goals Beyond Grass deliver PAN Football in both Gloucester and the Forest of Dean, Powerchair Football in Gloucester and Bristol and cycling county wide. They also deliver social opportunities in Gloucester.
Guideposts Trust
Guideposts Trust are a UK-based charity working with adults in local communities to help them access the support, opportunities and skills they need to overcome social inequalities, improve their wellbeing and change their lives. They offer a Stroud Hub for adults with learning disabilities, along with Connect groups and one-to-one services.
Home From Home Care
Created by a family to make the difference; Home From Home Care provides specialist residential care services to autistic adults (18+) and those with learning disabilities and complex health / mental health needs. They design bespoke environments and support around each person to enable them to lead an ordinary adult life. Their ground-breaking unique model of care and transparent data systems enables them to focus on an individual’s quality of life and create ‘the world on my own terms’ to meet personal aspirations, delivering meaningful outcomes and fulfilled days.

L&H AAC and AT Solutions
Laith, founder of L&H AAC and AT solutions, leverages his personal experience with Cerebral Palsy and dysarthria to provide expert AAC and assistive technology consultancy. Based in the South West England, but serving clients nationally, Laith understands the challenges faced by AAC users. His services include assessments, reports, equipment trials, ongoing client support, and training for support teams, educators and caregivers. He also provides advice on sourcing equipment or software. Laith’s firsthand knowledge ensures tailored solutions that maximise communication potential for clients of all ages.
Lifeways
Lifeways is the UK’s largest team of support professionals providing support for adults in the community. They support autistic adults and those with diverse and complex needs, including those with learning / physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and mental health conditions. Lifeways delivers support across three divisions: supported living, residential and mental health services.
Mary Rush Care
Mary Rush provides support to people with various abilities and disabilities in both supported living and residential placements. They have purpose-built units for people with physical disabilities in Gloucester, as well few other units for people with learning disabilities and other conditions.
Milestone Trust
Milestones Trust supports people with learning disabilities and mental health needs in and around the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire areas. Milestones Trust has been supporting people since 1986 and they’re proud that all of their registered services have been rated as either Good or Outstanding by the CQC.
